Once your package enters Australia, I have found it is so hard to locate a package if they have lost it and have had to lose my product and refund the customer.
There will now be NO REFUNDS if Australia Post lose your package. Instead please contact Australia Post here
NZ Post have made some changes.
Because I live at a rural address, packages can now take up to 3 working days to be picked up. Packages only get picked up on business days.
